Sales Representative - territory development (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Orchard Farms supplies farm and food customers across the San Antonio region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
