Sales Representative - territory development (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Mill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Sacramento. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around fleet maintenance clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
