Sales Representative - territory development (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Sacramento with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
