Sales Representative - territory development (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Lakeside Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Richmond focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
