Sales Representative - territory development (Reno, NV)

Nova Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Reno. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
