Sales Representative - territory development (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Reno. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Reno. What you will do • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
