Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in Sacramento with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
