Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
