Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Fernwood Junction Construction is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 984 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
