Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Redstone Field Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
