Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Portland with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling test reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
