Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
