Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Wichita plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling production batches. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
