Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Birmingham region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
