Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Kansas City region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
