Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Colorado Springs, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
