Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Diego, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
