Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
