Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Cedar Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Detroit, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling contractor visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
