Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Des Moines. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling collection routes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
