Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bright Maple Staffing Group is a San Diego staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
