Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bright Beacon Staffing Group is a Providence staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
