Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Northwind Manufacturing is a Nashville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 775 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
