Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling weigh tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
