Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Fernwood Vista Staffing is a San Antonio staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
