Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Cincinnati with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling cleaning schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
