Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Rivermark Haven Staffing is a Fresno staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
