Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Miami. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling weigh tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
