Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Nova Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Minneapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
