Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Nova Thistle Auto Group is a Toledo company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer estimates clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer estimates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
