Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Nova Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Explain our services around online orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling online orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
