Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Highbridge Cross Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around outage response clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
