Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Drift Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Nashville plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer specifications. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
