Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
