Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Pine Manufacturing is a Portland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
