Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
