Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Arts Center and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
