Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Nova Glen Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fresno. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
