Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Redstone North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
