Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tampa region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
