Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Redstone Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling weigh tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
