Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services is an inspection company in Phoenix with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling test reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
