Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Detroit with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling cleaning schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
