Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Nashville region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
