Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Drift Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Madison region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
