Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Harborlight Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Birmingham, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
