Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
