Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
