Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Northwind Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around San Jose, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
