Sales Representative - territory development (remote)

Lumen Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Louisville. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling safety inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
